Pro license expire when enterpise license expire.

Hello there corona, about a month ago I contacted you regarding corona enterprise and one of your staff gave me a 40 day trial for the enterprise. After a few test, I decided to stay with the pro version. When the enterprise trial expired my subscripsion went to starter. It hasn’t been a year since I purchase pro so I’m pretty sure its not yet expired. Can you guys revert my subscription to pro?

From what I can see you expired today, but I can’t see what version you have.   It however is a holiday weekend, bad time for it to expire.  I’ll email someone to see if there is anything we can do, but I don’t know if they will be checking their email today.
