My primary development platform is Windows 7, but i would like to develop apps for both android and ios. I would like to develop with the latest builds on windows, but am I penalized for this by requiring two licenses for Pro, one for Windows to develop and one for my mac mini just to publish for ios?
Note I don’t want to buy the Pro for Mac just to publish and have to work with the Starter on Windows with different functionality.

You’re not penalized for anything, you can authorize up to 2 different computers, for instance one for Windows and one for Mac

Is it problematic to move a license from one machine to another? I am planning to buy a new system soon, just wondering how seamless it would be to transition over or whether it would be better to wait and buy Pro after I get the new system…
You can de-authorize a machine in the Corona simulator under Preferences
