probably dumb icon size question

Each time I build my project I get this message
warning: iPhone/iPod Touch: Icon.png: icon dimensions (114 x 114) don’t meet the size requirements. The icon file must be 57x57 pixels, in .png format (-19014)
Does the 114 x 114 size mean 114 x 114 at 72resolution? I tried that. I also just for an alternative tried 57 x 57 at 114 resolution… but that didn’t work either.

Anyone else get this message?

It means your Icon.png is 114x114 but must be 57x57 pixels

Here is a list of icon file names and the size they must be:

Hope it helps

DPI doesn’t matter. Just think of things in pixel dimensions (X wide, Y tall).

You need:

Icon.png at 57x57
Icon@2x.png at 114x144

If you’re building a universal build (i.e. for the iPad) you will also need:

Icon-72.png at 72x72

at a minimum.
