Problem installing

I just bought the software,
I have problem installing it.

I already changed the preference in the Security & Privacy into ‘Anywhere’,
then drag the apps from the dmg into the Application.
Opening the Glider will show a window saying this app downloaded from internet and bla bla bla,
and then click ‘Open’ then the app will be gone from the dock, and then can not open it anymore.

Reopening the app do nothing and show nothing on the dock.
Have to trash it, then dragging the app again from dmg into Application… and whole process repeat again.

:frowning:

How to fix it? [import]uid: 31508 topic_id: 31515 reply_id: 331515[/import]

Hello Bpran,

Sorry you are having problems. This seems to be a java issue. Please go to Applications->Utilities->Java preferences. It should prompt you for installation. You should also move the 32 bit JVM on top as well.

Currently all untick, do I have to tick all of them (3 boxes) ? [import]uid: 31508 topic_id: 31515 reply_id: 125947[/import]

Hello Bpran,

Please drag and drop the 32 bit JVM to the top and tick it. The program should run afterwards.
