Problem running app on LG Optimus One (P500) phone

Hello

Me and some friends of mine are currently developing a game for Android using Corona. We are having some problems getting the game to run on LG Optimus One (P500) which is one of our test phones. It works on all the other phones we have tried. The application installs just fine but crashes as soon as you try running it, with no error message.

My friend who owns the phone says that when he developed using Unity he had to select a Device Filter and set it to ARMv6 with VFP to get it to work with his phone, and that ARMv7 would not work, but I was unable to find this option in Corona, could this have something to do with the game crashing?

I think you’ll need to use an earlier Corona build for ARMv6 phones - think 704b was the last one to support such chipsets. [import]uid: 33275 topic_id: 29129 reply_id: 117173[/import]

That phone is no longer supported because it’s an ARMv6 processor. Non of the recent builds will work on that phone. (The last build that supported that processor was #327.) [import]uid: 7559 topic_id: 29129 reply_id: 117188[/import]
