Problem With App Submittal

I have submitted multiple apps to the app store and am not having problems with this submittal. I do not know why I am getting any of these problems. Any ideas?

1 package(s) were not uploaded because they had problems:

    /var/folders/38/rp_fjvt50_v66sg1s9gkmrwm0000gn/T/781091668.itmsp - Error Messages:

        Apple’s web service operation was not successful

        Unable to authenticate the package: 781091668.itmsp

        ERROR ITMS-9000: “The bundle identifier cannot be changed from the current value, ‘com.DerivationStudios.DerivationStudios’. If you want to change your bundle identifier, you will need to create a new application in iTunes Connect.” at SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZItmspSoftwareAssetPackage)

        ERROR ITMS-9000: “Invalid Code Signing. The executable ‘RJJH.app/RJJH’ must be signed with the certificate that is contained in the provisioning profile.” at SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZItmspSoftwareAssetPackage)

        ERROR ITMS-9000: “Your package contains a file 'RJJH.app/Icon ’ with a name that contains invalid characters. Avoid using control characters in the file names.” at SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZItmspSoftwareAssetPackage)

What problems are you experiencing, exactly? If you can post logs and screenshots, that would be best.

Are these errors keeping the app from being accepted by Apple? There are a couple other threads where folks are getting these errors, but they haven’t confirmed that it is hindering app store approval.

I haven’t been able to submit it. Ive tried everything I know to send it.

I haven’t experienced these issues, so I’m not sure, but this thread seems to have found a solution. If that doesn’t help, here are some other threads with additional information.
