You may have built with the wrong provisioning profile.
Have you done anything at all with certificates or provisioning profiles since it last worked? Do you have more than profile installed? If so ensure you use the correct one.
Also, if you have been a developer for a year your certificates may need renewal.

I’m glad to hear it - odd, but I guess it happens!
