A player reported me that on a level of my game, where you need touch 3 images in same time, that doesn’t work on his HTC One X (Ice Cream Sandwich). I don’t have this phone so I can’t test it.

I have a HTC desire and there are huuuge multitouch problems on this device.

and the downer is: you can’t do anything about it as it is an hardware issue.
on the HTC one however, deactivate gestures to enable multitouch with more than 2 touches:
