Problems with static body colliding with dynamic body

I currently have a static wall that translates 20 pixels at a time on an enter frame listener. When it comes into contact with my dynamic ball object (that moves in the x direction according to the accelerometer) the ball get stuck on the moving wall. Is there any solution to this?
