Problems with the new update?

Hi, I’ve just downloaded the new version of Corona SDK for Starter Users.

So I was creating an app, and in the first view it must show a background of this color : 0, 221, 138 (green), but it shows a light blue background.

This problem occurred when I downloaded the new version of Corona SDK.

That looks like a seafoam green to me. Depending on your monitor it could show up either green or blue. Or maybe you’re colorblind. Helluva way to find out.

Ahahah I’m sure I’m not colorblind. Yes it must be seafoam green ( since I’m italian I didn’t know how to say it, so I said green ).

How are you setting the color?

Are you using the v1 graphics compatibility mode?

In Graphics 2.0, all colors are in the range of 0…1 instead of 0…255 unless you’ve added:

graphicsCompatibility = 1

to your config.lua in the content area.

Now everything works. I’ve added graphicsCompatibility = 255 to my config.lua file and it works

Thank you very much !!!

Interesting.  It should be graphicsCompatiblity = 1 not 255, but I guess we are not checking the value, just making sure it’s set.  For futureproofing I would make it a 1 not 255.
