If the Android Press decides to review the full version can give a full refund - just by using the reviewers Google user name
More easier way: Just add a Google username to the Android developer’s Google test License account. It will pass the license check even if they provide the apk outside of Google play. The tester/reviewer will just have to be signed into Google play.
It may be possible not to have refund system for everyone because it charges 30% of the transaction to Google. If a developer pay the charge, refund system would be there.
