Hi,
I’m finishing an app I’ve been working on. This app will have two versions: one for iPad and one for iPhone/iPod Touch. So far everything looks good in both; simulator and actual devices.
The app for iPad includes only icons and splash screens for the corresponding devices and has been built for iPad only. A similar thing for the iPhone build.
I think I’ve be publishing the app in the next few days but since there will be two versions (for different devices) I’m wondering how to achieve this.
I’ve already published apps before in the App Store, but they all were universal apps. This is the first time involving having two versions and I’m not sure how to do it.
Should I create two different apps in the App Store with different names?
I’ve read Google Play let’s you upload multiple APKs under the same app name using the same description, screenshots, etc. Does Apple do the same?
Thanks in advance.
Greetings,
Paolo
