publishing with starter

Hi,

I would like to publish my app for android and on this page it says you can publish with starter (http://coronalabs.com/pricing/#) but I can’t find the option in the simulator. I tried submitting the debug build to the android developpers console but it says it has a debug signature.

Could someone tell me where I can find the building option to publish ?
