i purchase corona sdk pro but cannot use it 

how to update version to corona sdk pro? (in case Purchase completed )

or where are download corona sdk pro version ? because i seen corona starter only and not verify purchase it 
help me (used in mac)

Did you “Deauthorize and Quit” from the Corona Simulator, and then re-login with the proper account credentials?

I’m having the same problem. I just subscribed to pro and it wouldn’t verify my account. I tried de-authorizing and now I can’t re-authorize / run the simulator at all .

It appears that Support received your request and de-authorized your computer(s). Can you confirm that this is so, and if you’re having success now using the Simulator and your account?

Hi I have the same problem, I can not install Pro version on my MacOS. I had starter version on different account. I deauthorized it and replaced corona sdk 1076 with corona sdk 1100. When I’m lunching it  its not asking for account just offers to verify purchase. After I click verify it says that I have starter account. 

Can you please share their instructions?
