Well your first tier of support would be to post to the forums. Now that you’re a subscriber you do have access to subscriber only forums.
If you have a bug that you can show a small test case/project for, you can submit bug reports using the “Report a Bug” link at the top.
You can also submit support requests at:
http://www.anscamobile.com/corona/support/?ref=nav
which is under the menu above under “Purchase”. They have three tiers of service, two pay and one free.
There are also a couple of experienced developers who are offering a few hours a week to help with problems, but you will have to search through the forums to find their offers.

I would recommend just posting on the forums and asking for help. If you can help others with their problems, others will be happy to return the favor.

Subscriber forums are listed up top on the forum home page.
For support we have the forum as mentioned and then premium support for which we have to charge a fee. (It’s one on one support from a member of the team so cannot be a free service.)
