I’ve 2 accounts. One is with my personal email and another with my office mail. I applied the coupon code with my office mail and later bought the pro license with my personal email using that code.
I still encountered same problem.
On top of that I can not deauthorize inside simulator.
I changed my password once, could that be the caused of problem ?
