Purchased but still have trial version message

Hi,

I purchased the sdk a few days ago.
However, i still always have trial version message.

My order no. is 5142

Can someone please look into this problem.
By the way, i am connected to 10mbs broadband speed, i believe speedwise is not an issue for build the apps

Both of you guys have valid subscriptions. Can you verify that you’re authorized in the simulator with the same email address as the one which you purchased? [import]uid: 3 topic_id: 5916 reply_id: 21248[/import]

I’ve 2 accounts. One is with my personal email and another with my office mail. I applied the coupon code with my office mail and later bought the pro license with my personal email using that code.

Does it matter?

I still encountered same problem.
On top of that I can not deauthorize inside simulator.
I changed my password once, could that be the caused of problem ?

I have the same issue as @astk

Can’t deauthorise in the simulator and reauthorise with the correct email attached to subscription.

If you can’t de-authorize in the simulator, quit Corona, then delete the following Corona preference files:

~/Library/Preferences/com.anscamobile.Corona_Simulator.plist
~/Library/Preferences/com.anscamobile.ratatouille.plist

Restart Corona and try to re-authorize again.
