Purchased Corona SDK - Still limited to Debug build

I purchased Corona this morning so I could build and publish my apps. However when I go to build them, it is still limiting me to the debugging builds and asks me to upgrade.

I have followed the steps provided upon checkout to clean my registry and de-authorize Corona. Should I try reinstalling?

Have you tried the reinstall?

I’ve heard a few people say that trying to authorize from certain connections can be an issue, including if they have a dynamic IP. (I haven’t personally faced this issue.)

Peach! You’re absolutely everywhere! I didn’t even know you were Ansca staff.

I don’t know for sure what kind of IP address we have, but I am fairly certain that it’s static.

I just uninstalled the program, wiped my registry with ccleaner, and installed it again, and still a no go…

I should mention that I wasn’t able to find the key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE|SOFTWARE, but I did get rid of a key in HKEY_CURRENT_USER|SOFTWARE

After re-installing the key is again in the “current user” folder.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit.

I am indeed everywhere, haha - been official Ansca since late March, I think it was? There was a post. (“New faces in our forums”, or something like that.)

As to your problems, they’re a little more on the tech side of things; not exactly my area of expertize.

I’ll bring this to someone’s attention who is more capable in that department :slight_smile:

Thanks. They opened a case on my behalf and contacted me via email. Turns out that the subscription I purchased was somehow the iOS only subscription.

Embarrassing, right?

Anyways, I’m awaiting their reply on whether or not I can get switched the Android subscription.
