I purchased the iOS subscription 2 days ago. Followed the instruction in the email to deauthorize, reinstall, reauthorize, remove some com files (if the first steps didn’t work) and still can’t get out of trial. It says my account is still in trial when clicking on Already Purchased button.
I have emailed the support two days ago and heard nothing back.
