Hi!

I want to purchase a subscription so that I can build an app for a store. I just want to clarify some things before I do purchase:

  1. Is that subscription valid only for one machine? If so, what happens if I can’t use my machine anymore (broken, stolen, etc2x) for building apps?

  2. Is there a limit of apps I can build per subscription?

  3. Can I use my subscription on all of my machines? I apparently have 3: ubuntu, mac and windows.

  4. Am I entitled to a technical support once I purchased a subscription?

  1. Subscriptions are valid for two machines concurrently which can be deactivated and moved around. If you lose a subscription due to a fault with your computer then just email Ansca and they’ll clear your activations and you can start again.

  2. No limit on builds.

  3. You can use your subscription on Mac and Windows however on Ubuntu you’ll have to try emulation through Wine if you really insist. Keep in mind iOS can only be built on your Mac and not Windows. Android is supported on Mac and Windows.

  4. You can email the nice folks at Ansca and I’m sure or you can try these forums which have most of the beginners start up answers and knowledgeable people to help you out on the technical questions too.
