push-notification, app not showing in settings/notification

We have an app that is out and has been downloaded a lot and we keep getting bug reports that the app is not showing in their settings/notification. So we tested on all iDevices and sure enough on one devices the ipod 4gen the app is not showing in the settings/notification.

i googled it for a very long time and have not been able to find a solution, we have uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, soft resets, hard resets, ect, and we know other people have had the same problem on different devices.

sorry this app is not a corona app it has been in development for almost 3 years.

I have not personally seen anything like this and because it is not a Corona made app I’m afraid we cannot assist you. Not because of a lack of desire to assist but rather because if there is a bug it does not exist in Corona, unless it is an Apple bug - though in that case I suspect we would have encountered it.

If anyone DOES encounter this with a Corona made app then please alert it to us and we’ll look into it.
