Hi I have questions about http://openclipart.org/
1)Are all the artwork (Images/Pictures) on openclipart.org Free to use and Can I publich for the games?
2)If all the arts/Images are free to use, when I publish for my game, should I inform openclipart.org or do I need to get permission from openclipart.org ?
3)Is there other free Arts/image site?

According to their website, all of the images are in the public domain, so you should be okay.
I always tell my students to cite their sources. It is the responsible thing to do, but I’m not a lawyer, so this advice is only as valuable as what you paid for it.
