Question about the use of software Lime?

I want to make an RPG game using lime. But I’ve been thinking. How many tiles does it take for the device to slow down?

Like example if I have level size of tiles 100x100 does that slow the game down that is equal to 10,000 tiles,

Or 50x50 = 2,500 tiles

Or 20x20 = 400 tiles

It depends on some factors,

Will every tile use physics?
Are all tiles animated?
