Question for indie devs with F1 Visa

Hello fellow awesome Devs!

I am an indie dev myself and am holding a F1 Visa, currently studying at US as a game designer. I know that as a F1 Visa holder, i can’t sell the game under my name. So i want to know if there are other ways to sell my game and would like to have me (programmer, designer) and my sis (artist) name in the game somehow.

Currently, my solution as suggested by my uni’s admin: i gave the game to my mother, and she will sell it for us.

According to people i asked at the immigrant and admins from my uni that handles international student. F1 visa holders shouldn’t derive any money from apps / get income or work.

However none fo them are 100% sure as immigrant people asked me to double checked with apple and apple asked me to check with immigrant =/ [import]uid: 74723 topic_id: 30259 reply_id: 121221[/import]
