I’ve been reading posts about the black bars with apps and iPhone 5. I have a landscape app and it has the black bars. I read the following from george18 but trying to figure what file he means. Is it the startup splash files? I added the following in mine.
default.png 480x320
Default-568h.png 586x320
Default-667h.png 667x335
Default-Landscape.png 1024x768
Default-Landscape-736h.png 736x414
So should I add Default-568h@2x.png also? If so, what size for landscape? Are the files above correct or missing any?

One fix appears to be to add a “Default-568h@2x.png” splash screen file and then the app will no longer be letterboxed. Not sure if Apple has published an official method yet, but I found this in the developer forums and it’s working good for me so far.
Here is my build file also. Not sure if this is right. I started adding for in-app purchase but I’m not using that right now anyways.
