"Rate me" button and Google Play Icon

Hi!

I have 2 questions.

  1. How do I create a “rate me” button before the app has been published to Google Play and App Store. I’ve heard you use your package name in  some way. How is it done on iOS and Android?

  2. How do I change the icon next to the “back arrow” on Google Play? Here is a screenshot:

You see that there is the CoronaSDK logo, but I want to change it.
