Real Coder Needed to Write function to multi-touch pinch/zoom, drag, rotate Function

Calling all developers…

I’ve gotten close, but no cigar. I know it can be done, but I’m now looking for help. I need someone to wirte a function that includes:

multi-touch rotate (not single touch)
single touch drag
multi-touch pinch/zoom
