Just like there is a hot-key (Cmd+R) to relaunch the last/current project, there should be a hot-key (Cmd+B…?) to rebuild for device the last/current project.
I’m doing some testing of the accelerometer which means I must re-build for the device with every code change, and it’s has become annoying having to:
- Click the Corona Simulator Icon in Dock to give it focus
- Click “File”
- Click “Open For Build…”
- Click on the project I want to build
- Click “Open”
- Click “Build”
- Click “Done”
Just to get a build to test on the device.
This could be simplified to:
- Click the Corona Simulator Icon in Dock to give it focus
- Press Cmd+B
I realize this is the first version where build-for-device is available, and things will get smoother/more streamlined going forward, but just keep “Cmd+B” in mind…
