Hi Chris,
There is no more “Starter” or “Pro”. Everybody has the same credentials now (well, Enterprise is still an add-on license). If you have deauthorized and quit from your main account, and logged back in, you should have all the credentials that were previously granted to Pro users.
By the way, you cannot test multi-touch in the Simulator… that is simply not possible. However, you can use Corona Viewer to do “live testing” for your app. Here are a few useful links for you:

Hi Brent, after I’ve downloaded latest version of Corona (2014.2511) It still show me the dialog about upgrading to pro. Do I’ve to do something with this in order to use the functionality of pro user.

Have you done a “Deauthorize and Quit” from the Simulator, then re-logged-in? That should take care of it.
