I want to renew my license. I want to do it using a lower price, since I’m your client for some time and I had my license active on 1st of may 2013. I am applicable for the lower price.
I’ve been trying to contact Corona since thursday to get my promo code.
I’ve tried emails to different accounts, I’ve tried submitting a case.
No response.
Today my license ends… I just want the damn promo code to keep building and testing my apps.
C’mon guys. Notice the damn emails!

Hi Krystian. Last week was a holiday here in the United States. Corona Labs was closed Thursday and Friday for the four day weekend. It’s just now 10am in the office, so people are just now getting in to even look at all the email that has piled up over the four day holiday.
It’s unfortunate that the timing is hitting on a long weekend. I’ll drop an email to the folks that manage subscriptions and make sure they take care of you.

I wasn’t aware of the long weekend. I would have probably taken care of it earlier, but my remainder in calendar was set on thursday.
