Resolution Seems fine when Zoomed In but not otherwise

Hello,

I am using inkscape to create my artwork. After adding them to my project, and running the simulator, the resolution on the simulator doesn’t seem that great, however; when I zoom in, the resolution seems fine.

Does this mean that the resolution is OK?

Should I stop using Inkscape and purchase Adobe Illustrator since it based on vector graphics?

Inkscape is just fine. If it’s working for you, no need to go to Illustrator.

The Simulator can only be judged for image quality when it’s 100%, for each zoom factor, we have to in software throw some of the pixels away and try to blur the difference slightly so it’s not representative of the final work. The more you zoom out the more it’s going to show. Usually at 50% the art still looks okay. At 25% we’ve resized everything by 3/4th.

Thank you Rob. I did just notice now that I can zoom in 4 times or zoom out 4 times: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%.
