Hi everyone. Again, our apologies for the downtime. Here is an update on the issue. From one of our team members:


It was a soft crash in one of the storage subsystems of one of the web servers in our cluster. Related to a memory leak in the service that’s being used to provide a shared file system on the web servers.

Turns out we had already identified the issue and were working on a fix, before this problem came up. So we are fully away of the problem and working on it so it doesnt happen again. Rest assured that we take the issue of service uptime very seriously. Let me know if you have any questions.
