I’m wondering if it’s possible to buy an indie subscription and then, later, upgrade to pro. If it is, how much is the upgrade?

Yes you can do that 
The way it currently works is that if you have Indie and want to upgrade to Pro you contact us and someone in sales will work out the price for you based on how long is left on your Indie subscription for the discount.

(I know it looks like it’s mostly for bug type issues but for the moment it’s also what we use for this kind of thing as well as deauth requests.)
