[Resolved] Cannot deauthorize Corona on other computers.

I asked for help with this a while back and never got help with this. So today I email Ansca Mobile for help again. My Case 14744. I cannot get Corona deauthorized from my other 2 PCs so I can run it on my new mac mini. I just purchased a Pro subscription and cannot get Corona SDK going on my mac. Please help.

You have taken the correct steps, if you logged that case today it should be looked at and resolved any time now.
