[Resolved] Cannot even open corona

I just bought a subscription to corona and I keep getting this
You are already using this software on another computer. Please deauthorize the other computer before logging in on this computer. Or click Purchase to work on multiple computers.

Hi Peach,
I submitted a support request yesterday. I didnt mean to spam the forums but I found the request form after I already posted it to the forum. Unfortunately it still hasn’t been looked at and I had to make another trial account. I think the problem is that my old computer crashed and I never got a chance to deactivate corona on it. Is there a way to do this via the account settings or something?

No problem, you weren’t spamming in the least - don’t worry :slight_smile: I just had you submit a support form as that way the relevant people will have your details. (I’m not able to deactivate you myself, but other Ansca staff are.)

You can’t deactivate in your settings but a member of staff will be able to do that for you.

Our support team re-sent an email (which was originally sent on Mon 09/19/2011) to your correct address. Your account was deauthorized on our system. If you continue to have problems, please contact the support team by doing a “reply” on their last email. This way it’s easier to track each case.

I think that I have the same problems.

I bought a subscription to corona. But I can not even open the corona to deauthorize. I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, it didn’t change anything.
