[Resolved] Can't Deauthorize

Hello,

  1. i bought a new mac and tried to install 2012.846 but it said it is already authorized on two other computers.

  2. i went to my old macbook and tried “de-authorize and quit” but nothing happens.

p.s.: i submitted a case (15524) yesterday but no repllies so far. i’ve lost a day waiting for an answer.
