[Resolved] Can't Get Promo Codes

I was trying to get a few promo codes for my app, Sharks Vs. Subs, when I got this warning:

You have not requested any codes in the past 60 days for [App Name Here]

I have been able to get codes before (for the two previous versions), but now I can’t get any codes.
Has anyone seen this problem? Any suggestions on what to do?

Never mind, now it is working again. After I tried to request codes, it finally worked on the 5th try.

Glad to see this got resolved; normally my problem is that it times out, which seems to happen pretty regularly.
