[Resolved] Can't get the Corona Terminal to run on Mac

Hi!

I’m a new Corona user and starting to port my Flash game for iPad. Managing to use the Simulator fine and all is looking good… except I can’t get the Corona Terminal to run for debugging.

Everything is in the correct folder, I haven’t moved anything around since installing earlier this evening.

When I try and run the Corona Terminal I get the following error:

/Applications/CoronaSDK/Corona Terminal: line 3: dirname: command not found
ERROR: Could not find “Corona Simulator.app” in:
logout

Corona Simulator.app is there, and I can run it on its own, no problem! I am terrible with command line stuff, so I’m hoping I’m doing something basic wrong. Any clue, anyone?

Thanks!

Try this, it’s an app you install to your /Applications directory (where all other apps are) and it launches the corona terminal & simulator for you (you can also drag it from your applications folder to your dock if you wish for quick access)

Download it here: http://www.infuseddreams.com/Corona-Terminal-Launcher.zip

Please let me know if that works for you and resolves your issue [import]uid: 84637 topic_id: 26085 reply_id: 105885[/import]
