[Resolved] Deauthorization Request

I had to fry my hard drive and reload and didn’t think to deauthorize Corona first. The old installation is gone so I can’t do it now.

 

Can someone please deauthorize my windows install ASAP (its still on Mac and working fine).

 

Machine name is asuslaptop if that helps differentiate the machines.

So how do I get this account reset? Its been two weeks I can’t use Corona on my PC and it pissing me off. Not even a response to this.

Seems to be no way to contact anyone without signing up for support hours - I already paid my Indie fee - that buys me NOTHING for support?

No I did NOT - I see NOTHING anywhere on the site that would have told me to even TRY that.

I finally found a link in a year and a half old thread to a support form. I just submitted to that (not knowing if it would work) before I saw your response here.

You have a great product but you seriously need a better way to deauthorize if you’re going to require it.
