[RESOLVED] Google Play CURRENT APK date issue

Hi,

I’m having an issue trying to publish an app in google play and wonder if anyone else has experienced the same problem.

I previously uploaded a version for Beta testing, dated Aug 23, 2013

I’ve now uploaded a production APK, and when I press save, the upload date remains the same as the Beta version.

So I can’t be sure whether the new app has been uploaded correctly, or whether the date is just wrong in the console.

Have anyone else experienced this issue? I’ve attached the google play screenshot in case it gives any clues.

FYI this is in “simple mode”

There are no errors when uploading, and I get the attached screen once upload is complete. When I press save, it looks as if the previous apk is not deleted and the new one is ignored… odd!

I’ve tried deleting the cache and cookies in Safari just in case, but this does not help…

OK - so problem seems to have been solved by changing the version to 2 in the corona build dialog, then uploading this new version. The date is now correct!

Phew, looks like I get a weekend after all :slight_smile:
