[Resolved] Launchpad ANALYTICS stoped working? AGAIN and AGAIN...???

OMG Ansca Mobile!

Please, until when we`ll have to use this tool that STOPS TO WORK all the time (and worse the last time it has stoped working it lost my data also)? It does work one week and suddenly it stops! (Launchpad - featured and available ONLY FOR SUBSCRIBERS like me)

PS: Also I do not know WHY, but this is the 3rd time I have to create a new topic for the SAME SUBJECT due to not be able to find my older one anywhere in the Forums/Search/Google, etc.

PS1: It will be found ONLY IF I do the search using the EXACTLY post title Ive used when posting it! Now Im wondering how would I be able to remember after sometime until the commas used in it. :S

Please, take care of your developers and its stats/data.

Search on this forum is truly terrible.

Sometimes you can’t find a post that was made two days ago, while the search happily turns up the same post from 2010 several times.
I know there was discussion about it being improved.

And I hope Ansca does something to repair it soon. But the Launchpad all the time stops working. It`s very boring and when we lose our data is worse!

I really DO NOT WANT TO BELIEVE that this problem with the LAUNCHPAD ANALYTICS has not been looked, spoken, solved YET!

I`m unable to follow my DATA there at launchpad as ALL THE STATS for ALL my apps there (3 right now) went to ZERO since the past day 5!

PS: As I remember, one time @seanh has said the below:

  • The data collection side of analytics is fairly robust. This issue only effected data processing, so there shouldn’t be any data loss.
    So what`s happening for this feature available only for subscribers @Ansca?!

I thank any soul that comes here to say anything about the problem and the solution.

EDIT: Looks like that @Sean was not able to get the data for the last day 5! WOW…how it`s bad IMHO. :0
