[Resolved] Need urgent de-authorisation :-(

Hey guys,

Sorry to post this publicly but I’m trying to have as big a chance to get a fast reaction so I’m doubly posting to the forum and the support. I need de-authorization due to a hard drive crash, and need to build today (for an exhibition opening tomorrow!).

Here’s the gist:

I have a simple but urgent request: my MacBook Pro just crashed and I’m doing an urgent reinstall on a new machine. Unfortunately I can’t de-authorize on my old mac anymore so I can’t authorize on my other machine. Could you please “reset” my authorization so I can authorize again on a new machine? Thank you.

Deauthed - but as rmbsoft said please use the form, we can’t guarantee we will see these and there are a number of existing threads on deauth already too.
