[Resolved] Quick Questions about Reading from Files

Hi, I want to only read data in from a file for my app, but I dont understand, what is the difference between implicit and explicit file manipulation? which should I use?

Also, it says the file has to be stored in system.ResourceDirectory. So how do I save it on there? or does it get automatically saved once it’s in my App’s directory?
