[RESOLVED] Simulator crashes on windows8

Hi,

I installed corona sdk (Build 2013.1137) on a ms Surface pro (windows 8). but i cant start the simulator, it keeps crashing. Tried running it in windows 7, windows sp sp3 and winxp sp2 compatibility mode and tried to start it as administrator. Nothing worked.

Any ideas?

Managed to solve the problem by installing Windows XP on the surface (win8) and installing the tools in the virtual machine
