Do we submmit the Source code .lua files and icons zipped to the App stopre or the .app compiled from Corona SDK ?

What peach pellen tried to say is the zip file after build(with Distribution Provisioning profile).

tkhnoman is correct; sorry, I misread.
We have the guide linked to above or in device buidls sub forum there is a thread stickied for submitting to the app store.
You have to build your app at which point a zip and another file are produced, from there it is the zip you want.
