It would be great if we could build and generate .ipa zipd for use with testflight.com [import]uid: 19193 topic_id: 5453 reply_id: 305453[/import]
I’m creating ipa files by:
- Create folder called Payload
- Place app file into folder
- Compress folder
- Rename folder to appname.ipa
[EDIT] Don’t know if it works with testflightapp.com but that works with Beta Builder on our own servers. [import]uid: 11393 topic_id: 5453 reply_id: 18314[/import]
Your method works in TestFlight, thanks! [import]uid: 10426 topic_id: 5453 reply_id: 21903[/import]
I am deploying some small Enterprise Apps internally at my company. This method worked for me as well. I am now able to upload the app to our Mobile Device Manager, Airwatch. [import]uid: 45844 topic_id: 5453 reply_id: 31132[/import]
This just worked for me - almost a year later.
If you need to work with customers that have iOS devices - and cant find their UDID this is the cats meow!
Thanks!~ [import]uid: 9070 topic_id: 5453 reply_id: 98839[/import]
You can also save having to do it manually by using this free tool I made : http://www.infuseddreams.com/2012/02/24/corona-app-to-ipa-converter/ [import]uid: 84637 topic_id: 5453 reply_id: 99194[/import]
I’ll check it out.

Does it matter how you sign your app when you create an IPA for testflight?
Thanks,

@rmbsoft: my bad, I changed hosts recently and didn’t have a 100% up to date backup of my site.
Here is a new link to the program: http://www.infuseddreams.com/apps/App_To_IPA.zip [import]uid: 84637 topic_id: 5453 reply_id: 108052[/import]
