[Resolved] Upgrade from Indie to Pro not working, also locked out

I recently upgraded my iOS Indie account to a Pro account, but it doesn’t appear to have taken effect, despite completing the order more than two months ago.

Also, I am still logged in on one computer (my Mac) with my account, and it’s still labeled “iOS Indie” in the preferences screen, and I can’t log in on my other machine (Windows), getting the “please deauthorize on of your computers” error. Could someone please deauthorize/reset all of my sessions, allowing me to log in on two machines again?

I have just manually deauthed you, however it sounds like what you need to do is delete your preference files.

  • Quit Corona
  • Go to users/library/preferences and delete files starting with com.anscamobile (normally up to three of them)*
  • Relaunch Corona
  • Try to Authorize

*This may be com.coronalabs now, I’m not 100% certain.

Please keep in mind if running Lion or above you cannot get to this library that way, you need to click on your desktop, click “go” in the top bar then hold down alt/option and the library shortcut will appear there.
