Can someone explain the “ritomedia” to me?

A quick Google of them and a look at their website tells me that they are a company that provides advertising to websites. They don’t seem to have a mobile ads platform. They are not an ad provider that Corona Labs offers for monetization of Corona built apps. They would have little relevance in a conversation on these forums.
