Routerbox: Make connecting your devices easy.

Ever found it hard to connect a device to your network to get it online? Been asked for confusing manual network settings that you just don’t know?

Today is your lucky day, RouterBox is here.

RouterBox simply needs your iDevice to be connected to the Wifi network you are looking to connect other devices to, and it automatically outputs the correct settings that you need in order to connect another device to your network.

It works on: Sony Playstation 3, Sony PSP, Microsoft Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS/DSI/3DS, Smart TV’s, Media Players and lots lots more!

Routerbox is simple to use. Simply connect your iDevice to the Wifi network you are using, and it outputs the settings you need to enter into whatever other device you are trying to connect (i.e get online).

It supports configuring multiple devices, just hit the refresh icon to output a new IP Address for the next device you are looking to connect and RouterBox will do the rest.

So what are you waiting for? Take the hassle, confusion and annoyance out of trying to connect devices to your Wifi network, let RouterBox do it for you!

*Note : You must have your iDevice (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) connected to the Wifi network you are using in order for RouterBox to output the settings you need to connect other devices.

*Note : If you have manually changed your Router’s IP address or it differs from the IP address RouterBox generates, you will need to enter the changed Router’s IP Address via RouterBox’s settings page. If you haven’t touched any of your Router’s IP Address settings however you are safe to not enter the Router’s IP Address manually. In some cases some Router manufacturers default Router IP Addresses differ from the standard address, also in this case you will need to enter the Router’s IP Address into RouterBox’s settings page.

In most cases the Router’s IP Address is printed on a sticker at the back or underside of the Router.

The above note is rare and it is unlikely you will need to manually enter the Router’s IP address.

*Routerbox is not affiliated with Corona.

Thanks Rodrigo. I made it for myself to cut the manual part of finding out these settings out of my life :P. My xbox is notorious for never working on automatic network settings. But then decided there must be others who either have this problem or no idea how to find out the correct settings.

So thats how it was born

Thanks [import]uid: 84637 topic_id: 16561 reply_id: 61865[/import]

Hey Danny,

Youre right with this great idea and so you`ll be okay!

PS: Surely its a good idea as I have exactly these same problems as you said above sometimes getting my Nintendo Wii connected to the network as well and so we wonder how many others get these disturbing connection problems too? :?

Will try your solution.
Thanks,
Rodrigo. [import]uid: 89165 topic_id: 16561 reply_id: 61867[/import]
