Samsung is known for producing two versions of their phones one with a good GPU and one with a not-quite-as-good GPU.  The less than optimal GPU tends to have issues that limit some advanced graphics features.

then what do you recommend me? to avoid those users  to find my game or what?

If that is the case I’d recommend excluding that device in your Google Play dashboard for your app so that users that own it can’t install your app.

Can you get some crash reports?

Consider asking the Corona Facebook BetaTest group to see if anyone has the same device who can test it for you (https://www.facebook.com/groups/102481146589254/)

Try to isolate the call that’s causing the problem and work around it.

If its a GPU issue you might be able to test for it.  See http://docs.coronalabs.com/guide/graphics/effects.html and the very bottom Support/Performance section.
