Quite a few of those devices on the list for Samsung market have ARMv6 processors.
One of my apps sailed through submission (although I marked all devices as available), the other was rejected because they couldn’t install it. Has anyone compiled a list of devices that we should turn off when submitting apps to Samsung market?
